We open a city only when we have enough verified partners to serve it well. What we learn in Bokaro becomes the playbook for the next city, and we say what changed.
Hubs where partners are
Pickup points, training and stock go where partners already live and work, not where rent is cheapest. Shorter travel means more booked hours for them.
Stock from real jobs
Every repair quote lists its parts, so we know what is actually used. We plan the parts and supplies partners need from that record, not from guesses.
Services from demand
A service goes live when customers ask for it and licensed or trained partners can do it safely. One that is not ready shows as coming soon, never as bookable.
Prices in the open
Every price is shown before booking, and our fee is published in our Partner Terms. A change to fees is announced to partners 15 days ahead.
Checked, then published
Every release is tested on real phones in Hindi before it reaches anyone. Our results, good and bad, go in the Blog.
What we measure
Partners who earn and what they earn per booked hour, booked hours per day, jobs completed on time, safety incidents and how each was resolved, and the waste we help recycle. The full list, with the UN goals each serves, is on Our impact.
