When do I pay?

Once you have paid, confirm it in the app. Rides, courier and moves are estimated by distance and settled on the actual route. Scrap pickups pay you. There are no hidden charges.

Where is Jhatpat available?

We open one city at a time, neighbourhood by neighbourhood — Ranchi, Lucknow, Dhanbad and Varanasi are on the way. The app shows exactly what is live at your address, and you can ask for your city at [email protected].

Are partners verified?

Yes. Every partner completes government-ID and address verification plus a live selfie check, and a training session before their first job. Jobs start only with a 4-digit code from you, and every booking has in-app support.
