Vacation Home Watch
Leaving town? A verified partner visits your home on the schedule you set, checks doors, windows, power and leaks, waters the plants if asked, collects the mail, and sends timestamped photos or a video walkthrough after every visit. Anything wrong → we arrange the plumber, electrician or cleaner.
Local partners accept your price or send theirs, and you pick. It is agreed in the app before anyone comes.
Know what to expect.
Every Jhatpat service has a fixed scope. Anything outside it needs a new booking or an in-app quote — never a cash side deal.

How do I book Vacation Home Watch?
Open the Jhatpat app, choose Vacation Home Watch, pick instant or a slot, and confirm.
When do I pay?
After the work, you pay your partner directly — in cash or by UPI to their own UPI ID. Jhatpat never takes payment from you. The app shows the exact amount first: the agreed price, any extra work you approved in the app, waiting charges and coupons. Once you have paid, confirm it in the app. Rides, courier and moves are estimated by distance and settled on the actual route. Scrap pickups pay you. There are no hidden charges.
Where is Jhatpat available?
We open one city at a time, neighbourhood by neighbourhood — Ranchi, Lucknow, Dhanbad and Varanasi are on the way. The app shows exactly what is live at your address, and you can ask for your city at [email protected].
Are partners verified?
Yes. Every partner completes government-ID and address verification plus a live selfie check, and a training session before their first job. Jobs start only with a 4-digit code from you, and every booking has in-app support.
