When do I pay?
After the work, you pay your partner directly — in cash or by UPI to their own UPI ID. Jhatpat never takes payment from you. Once you have paid, confirm it in the app. Rides, courier and moves are estimated by distance and settled on the actual route. Scrap pickups pay you. There are no hidden charges.

Are partners verified?
Yes. Every partner completes government-ID and address verification plus a live selfie check, and a training session before their first job. Jobs start only with a 4-digit code from you, and every booking has in-app support.
