When you apply to be a Jhatpat partner, you confirm the statements below by ticking them. Each tick is recorded with your mobile number, the date and time, and this version of this page, so that we can show later exactly what you confirmed. Some statements apply only to some partners; every statement is published here for everyone, marked with who it applies to.

If any statement stops being true after you have applied, tell us in the partner app at once. A statement that was false when you made it can mean your application is refused or your account is removed, under the Partner Terms.

Your age — every partner

I am 18 years of age or older.

We check this against the identity document you upload. We do not take work from anyone under 18.

What you told us is true — every partner

The information and documents I have given in this application are true, complete and my own. I have not hidden anything that would affect whether I can do this work safely and lawfully.

This covers your name, your documents, your skills and experience, your vehicle, your shop or place, and the people in your team.

Your driving record — partners who drive for their jobs

This applies if you drive a vehicle to do your work: rides, deliveries, moving, towing and driving lessons.

In the last three years I have not been convicted of any offence involving driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, rash or dangerous driving, or causing death or injury with a vehicle. I have no unpaid traffic challans on the vehicle I have registered. My driving licence is valid and has not been suspended.

These are the checks the Motor Vehicle Aggregator Guidelines, 2025 require for drivers on a platform like ours. We may verify them, and a police verification is required before your first ride.
