Partner Referral Rules.
How a partner earns for bringing another partner to Jhatpat: who can refer, which jobs count, when rewards are paid.
Yurix Ventures Private Limited · CIN U62090UP2025PTC215977 · Version 1.0 · Effective 2 October 2026
Refer someone who works with their hands or runs a shop. When they become a Jhatpat partner and finish paid jobs, you earn a reward for each of their first jobs, up to a limit per person. The amounts in force are always on your Refer & Earn screen. Rewards are paid into your Jhatpat wallet about three days after each job, once the customer has paid and nothing is in dispute.
One of the eleven Jhatpat policies that form part of the Terms of Service. The same text is shown inside the app (Account → Legal & policies) and on our Google Play listing.
This is version 1.0, effective 2 October 2026.
These rules explain how a Jhatpat partner earns a reward for bringing another partner to Jhatpat. They sit alongside the Partner Terms and the Partner Rules you agreed to when you applied; where these rules and the Partner Terms differ, the Partner Terms decide. This scheme is only for partners. Customers have their own Refer & Earn, described in the app.
Who can refer
- You need to be an active Jhatpat partner: your application approved and your account not suspended. Your referral code appears on your Refer & Earn screen once you are active. While you are still being verified, the screen shows the rules but no code.
- You have one code, even if you work in more than one partner type. It starts with JP, followed by 6 letters or numbers.
How your friend joins under your code
- Share your code, or your link (partner.myjhatpat.com/join/ followed by your code), which fills the code in for them.
- Your friend enters the code when they apply, in the "Have a code from a friend?" field. A code cannot be added later. If they apply without it, that application is not referred.
- A person can join under only one code, once.
- You cannot refer yourself, under any partner type or any other number of yours.
What you earn
- You earn a reward for each paid job your friend completes, for their first jobs that count (see below), up to a total limit per friend.
- Today that is ₹10 per job, for your friend's first 20 jobs that count, up to ₹200 per friend. Jhatpat can change these amounts. The amounts in force are always the ones shown on your Refer & Earn screen, and a change applies to rewards worked out after it.
- There is no reward for an application, a sign-up or an approval alone. Rewards come only from real, paid work.
- Your friend's own earnings are theirs. You see only their first name, whether they are being verified or active, and your progress towards the limit — never what they earn.
Which jobs count
A job of your friend's counts when all of these are true:
- the job is completed;
- the customer's payment for it has been received;
- the customer has no refund on it and the job is not in dispute;
- about 3 days (72 hours) have passed since it was completed — the time customers have to raise a problem.
A job that does not count does not use up a place in your friend's limit. Each job counts once.
When and how you are paid
- Our system checks for qualifying jobs every few minutes, so a reward usually appears about 3 days after your friend's job.
- Each reward shows on your Refer & Earn screen as pending, then approved, then credited. Credited rewards are added to your Jhatpat wallet and can be withdrawn to your UPI like your other earnings.
- If a check finds something that needs a person to look at, the reward shows as held until our team decides. A reward that is cancelled shows as void.
Checks against misuse
- If you and your friend use the same phone or device, their rewards are held for review rather than paid automatically.
- Fake partners, fake or self-booked jobs, paying customers to book, more than one account, or any other trick to earn rewards means the rewards are cancelled, already-credited rewards may be taken back from your wallet, and your account may be suspended under the Partner Terms.
- Jhatpat may cancel a referral that was made by mistake or against these rules.
Changes to these rules
Jhatpat may change or end this scheme. A new version of these rules is published here with its date. Rewards already credited to your wallet before a change are not taken back because of the change.
